Two days ago the law here in germany changed, from now on creating, distributing and using so called "Hacker tools"  is illegal here, thats why we had to take down most of the content. What exactly this Hacker tools are is not specified so we had to take down everything which possibly could be. 

Maybe with another owner the site can be online again soon.
